It’s maintenance season folks! That magical time in between the suffocating heat of summer and the bone chilling humid cold snaps that come along with “winter” here in Louisiana – FALL!
But what does that actually mean? Why should you maintain your A/C unit and what does Fall maintenance consist of?
Here’s the 411 on everything Three Rivers does to prepare your system for the ups and downs on the adventure we call Winter in the South.
Why Maintain My A/C Unit?
Like any expensive piece of machinery you’ve invested in – your vehicle, a tractor, a pool heating system, etc. – maintenance is VITAL to the longevity of your A/C unit. The reality of the situation is that it’s an investment and you want to get your money’s worth for as long as possible, right?
Especially because we’re approaching “warming season” – that short but detrimental period of time in which we use the heating aspect of our A/C units – and if you can’t remember the last time you had your equipment evaluated by a professional, it’s time to make an appointment!
Fall Maintenance Checklist
When you choose Three Rivers to perform seasonal maintenance on your A/C unit we check several vital components including:

- Recommendations to customer
